The location was perfect, close enough to the cocktail bar and leisure centre, the beach was a short walk from the venue. The family room was well laid out, included central heating, an iron and ironing...

Location
Rooms outdated - decor, furniture need updating. Only 4 tv channels in some rooms (particularly those with children). Tea and coffee facilities for 2 only, despite being additional children in room. At breakfast, shortage of eggs & yoghurts. No free Wi-Fi.

Nothing only the location
yes the room was run down and needed a good makover. This is the third time i have stayed here, the previous times i was in the main hotel which was nice, this time i was put in the lodge which was a bit of a hike with my bags. There was a bad smell of smoke in the lodge and some one had been smoking dope. The breakfast in the morning was nice but i had to wait 15 min for a bit of toast

As a family, we had a lovely time at Waterside. The staff were friendly, accommodating my guide dog perfectly. The room was spacious, ideal for the kids. Breakfast featured a great variety, although the pool timings felt a bit restrictive. A satisfying stay.
